For beer lovers, there's nothing better than cold, fresh draft beer. Wouldn't it be great if you could have that amazing taste without having to go out to the pub? Wouldn't you rather have the pub come to you and your friends at home? Well, now you can!! Joe Canal's has launched our new Growler program, JC Growlers! We will always offer six interesting draft brews that you can have poured fresh into our new Growler bottles to take home and enjoy. We will always feature an eclectic mix of domestic and imported Micros and specialty beers, many that are tough to find and may not even be available in a bottle. Here's How It Works: First, join our BottleClub to get special pricing and up-to-date information on what brews are available. Some beers will be available in extremely limited quantities, and Growlers will always be first come, first served. That means it's important to stay up to date on what is available. Visit the Growler station at the front of our store, where you can purchase a 64 ounce Growler bottle from Joe Canal's for only $6.99, or you can bring your own for a refill. Current offerings and prices are posted on a chalkboard at the growler station, as well as sent out in email alerts. You can also ask at Customer Service for what is currently on tap. Then we simply fill your Growler with the cold, fresh beer of your choice. We seal the bottle, and that's it! Take it to any open register, take it home, and enjoy! On Saturday October 2nd from 1pm-3pm, Nancy Sinatra and her daughter Amanda Erlinger will be at Joe Canal's Woodbridge store to sign bottles of their Sinatra Estate Wines produced in California and Italy! Quantities are extremely limited and we are currently taking orders to reserve bottles. We’ll hold your paid bottles until the day of the event when you can pick-up your bottles and jump to the front of the line to have Nancy Sinatra personally sign your bottle(s). If you are unable to attend the event, our staff will personally ensure that all bottles are signed for you. We can either ship to you or you can pick up at your convenience after October 2nd. These wines are extremely limited and will be a great addition to any cellar or make a great holiday gift for the die-hard Sinatra fan. "I was blown away by the gorgeous Sinatra Family Estates 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon. “Celebrity” cuvees are often huge disappointments, but that’s not the case with this wine. This Calistoga-based, dense purple-colored effort offers beautiful notes of scorched earth, blueberries, blackberries, plums, and licorice. Full-bodied, opulent, and seriously-endowed with sweet tannins as well as a stunning finish, this is a delicious blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It should drink well for 15-20 years." Original wood case is branded with the Sinatra Family Estates logo. Sinatra Family Estates "La Voce" 2008 The 2008 La Voce is a super Tuscan-style blend of Sangiovese (92%) and Colorino (8%), two local grape varietals, produced from a 3-hectare vineyard located in the hills of Fiesole, Italy. The wine is handcrafted using old world methods, including alcohol fermentation in open top oak barrels for 3-weeks with manual punch downs every four hours. The wine rests in new French Allier barriques for another 18 months to add roundness and complexity. Only 250 cases made of the inaugural vintage.
